La monda! is organized around Sandrine and Angel, its two creative-founders, working independently with their teams or jointly, depending on the type of project. One of the partners always leads and controls the whole process. Clients always speak directly with partners, without intermediation of account departments.

Sandrine has been creative director and collaborator at a number of advertising agencies in Barcelona. She has been behind national and international campaigns and launches for Aigües de Barcelona, Nestlé, Gallo, "la Caixa", Fòrum Universal de les Cultures, Central Café, Bopan Roca, Caja Duero, Danone, Aquilea, Uriach Laboratories, Playboy Parfums, Rimmel London, Kate Moss Parfums, Coneinn, Turisme de Catalunya, Café Adonis, Casa Dover, Caffè Blu, Draco Gmbh, Almirall, Ono and Codorniu, amongst others. Finalist on a number of occasions for the Laus, SOGECAP and goliADs awards, she has held exhibitions at the Barcelona Centre for Contemporary Culture and been a teacher on the Advanced e-Management master's degree course at the Institut Químic de Sarrià (IQS).

Àngel combines his work with teaching Art Direction at Universitat de Vic. He has worked at two major Spanish companies as head of advertising and communication. He has been behind events such as the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix at Circuit de Catalunya, as well as corporate meetings in Europe, Africa and the USA. He has undertaken national and international campaigns and launches for Gran Teatre del Liceu, Roca, Guess, Prénatal, Mandarina Duck, Caja Duero, RACC, Henkel, Danone, Aquilea, Uriach Laboratories, Playboy Parfums, Rimmel London, Kate Moss Parfums, Coneinn, Café Adonis, Casa Dover, Caffè Blu, Draco Gmbh, Puig, Diesel, and Banc Sabadell, amongst others. Finalist for the Laus and goliADs awards, his work has been exhibited at the Barcelona Centre for Contemporary Culture and he has given lectures and master classes at the Barcelona Club de Marketing and UPC-BarcelonaTech.
